Welcome to my homepage! I am a  Professor in Economics at the Department of Economics, Trinity College Dublin. I am the Director of the Centre for Economics, Policy and History (CEPH) and a co-founder of the Trinity Impact Evaluation Unit  (TIME).  

My fields of research are Political Economy, Development Economics, and Economic History.
